COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA program with specialization modules offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to prepare students for leadership roles in today’s dynamic business environment. In the first semester, students focus on Innovation Management, earning 10 ECTS and dedicating 6 hours per week to mastering strategies that drive creativity and change within organizations. Alongside this, they begin exploring elective modules, selecting one from a choice of eight to tailor their studies according to their career interests.The second semester builds on this foundation with courses in Leadership and Operations, each carrying 5 ECTS and requiring 3 hours of weekly commitment. Additionally, students continue with elective modules and quantitative methodologies, which strengthen their analytical abilities for data-driven business solutions.In the final semester, the focus shifts to the Final Thesis, a substantial 15 ECTS project that allows students to apply their learning in a practical, research-based context, supported by 9 hours per week of study.
