COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with specialization modules at UE is structured to provide a comprehensive and practical education over three semesters, totaling 90 ECTS credits. In the first semester, students engage with core subjects including Innovation Management, which carries 10 ECTS and involves 6 hours per week, allowing students to explore cutting-edge strategies for driving innovation within organizations. Additionally, foundational courses such as Strategic Vision (10 ECTS, 6 hours per week) and Customer Environment (5 ECTS, 3 hours per week) prepare students to understand market dynamics and develop forward-looking business strategies. The second semester builds on this knowledge with a Specialisation 1 module worth 10 ECTS and 6 hours per week, enabling students to focus on their chosen area of expertise. The curriculum also includes Leadership Management (10 ECTS, 6 hours per week) and Operations (5 ECTS, 3 hours per week), which cultivate essential management skills and operational excellence. In the third semester, students complete Specialisation 2 (10 ECTS, 6 hours per week), Quantitative Methodologies (5 ECTS, 3 hours per week), and the Master Thesis (20 ECTS, with no weekly hours), which serves as a culminating research project demonstrating their mastery of the subject matter.
