COURSE CURRICULUM

The Digital Content Creation master’s program spans four semesters, totaling 120 ECTS credits, with a balanced weekly workload averaging 18 hours in the first three semesters and fewer hours in the fourth. The curriculum emphasizes both creative and managerial skills through a mix of design-focused and interdisciplinary modules. In the first semester, students study Design Thinking and Concept Creation, Innovation Studio for Digital Work, and Ethics in Design and Management, each worth 5 ECTS and around 3 hours per week, alongside a 10 ECTS Visual Identities course with a heavier time commitment. The second and third semesters continue with advanced topics such as Design Research Methodologies, Cultural Studies, Entrepreneurial Thinking & Digital Models, and Design Project Management. Students engage in joint faculty modules and can select interdisciplinary electives from other degree programs, fostering broad skill development. The program includes Design Narratives courses focusing on UX/UI/Web/App, AR/VR/XR, and Generative AI, as well as Time-Based Media, all valued at 5 ECTS each. A significant component is the Capstone Project, a practical consulting project spanning multiple study programs, worth 15 ECTS, designed to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world contexts. The final semester is dedicated to the Thesis and Colloquium, a comprehensive research project accounting for 30 ECTS credits, which integrates academic research with practical design application. This structured program combines creativity, innovation, cultural awareness, and management to prepare students for diverse roles in digital content creation, design leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
