COURSE CURRICULUM

The Marketing Management (M.A.) program is structured over three semesters, totaling 90 ECTS credits, with an average workload of 18 hours per week in the first two semesters and slightly fewer hours in the third. The curriculum offers a comprehensive mix of theoretical and practical modules designed to develop expertise in marketing strategy, digital marketing, leadership, and ethical business practices. Core subjects include Advanced Research Methodologies, Comparative Cultural Studies, Customer Centric Management, Strategic and Digital Marketing, Corporate Positioning and Decision Processes, Dialogical Communication focusing on influencers and social media, Entrepreneurial Thinking and Digital Models, Internal Marketing and Culture Shaping, Sales Excellence, CSR, Ethics and Regenerative Design, Extended Marketing Management Skills, and Data-driven Marketing topics. Students also engage in faculty-wide interdisciplinary projects and can select electives from other University of Europe faculties, promoting a broad, interdisciplinary approach. The program emphasizes contemporary leadership culture and social skills to prepare students for leadership roles. The final semester is dedicated to the Thesis and Colloquium, a significant research project worth 20 ECTS credits, enabling students to apply their knowledge in real-world or academic contexts. Overall, this program equips graduates with strategic insight, data literacy, customer orientation, and ethical awareness, preparing them for dynamic careers in marketing management and leadership within global business environments.
