COURSE CURRICULUM

The Digital Content Creation master’s program is structured over three semesters, totaling 90 ECTS credits with a balanced weekly workload of approximately 18 hours in the first two semesters and 7 hours in the third. The first semester focuses on foundational courses including Design Thinking and Concept Creation, Innovation Studio for Digital Work, Visual Identities, Ethics in Design and Management, and Design Narratives such as Generative AI and UX/UI/Web/App, each worth 5 ECTS with around 3 hours weekly, except Visual Identities which is 10 ECTS and 6 hours per week. The second semester builds on this with modules like Time-Based Media, Design Project Management, Design Narratives in AR/VR/XR, Entrepreneurial Thinking & Digital Models, Design Research Methodologies, and Cultural Studies, all valued at 5 ECTS each with 3 hours per week. There is also an option for interdisciplinary electives from other degree programs, encouraging broader learning. Some courses are joint modules with the Business faculty, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. The third semester is dedicated mainly to the Thesis and Colloquium, a 20 ECTS project with a lighter weekly workload, where students apply their accumulated knowledge in a comprehensive research project. This program combines creativity, innovation, and practical skills, preparing students for diverse careers in digital content creation, design leadership, and cross-disciplinary teamwork.
