COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology is a comprehensive six-semester program totaling 180 ECTS credits, designed to provide students with a solid foundation in psychology and its application in business environments.In the first semester, students focus on foundational subjects such as Economics, General Psychology (Perception and Cognition, Learning, Emotions and Motivation), Management Basics, Marketing, Sales & CRM, and essential skills like Academic Working and Business English.The second semester builds on this foundation with courses in Human Resources & Organisation, Social Psychology focusing on Teams and Communication, Statistics I, Financial Accounting & Reporting, Digital Media & Communication, and Innovation Competencies related to diagnostics and intervention.By the third semester, students explore Personality Psychology, Psychological Diagnosis & Test Theory, Statistics II, Research Methods in Psychology, Controlling & Cost Accounting, and Digital Transformation. Additional courses include Law and Corporate Management.In the fourth semester, students deepen their understanding with Organizational Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Social Psychology Theoretical Approaches, Occupational Psychology, and practical skills development in a Digital Work Lab.The fifth semester is dedicated to a 30 ECTS internship semester, providing real-world experience in the field of business psychology.During the sixth and final semester, students complete Consumer Psychology, a Bachelor Thesis (3 ECTS), and a Bachelor Thesis Colloquium (12 ECTS), rounding off their academic and practical knowledge.Throughout the program, elective modules allow students to specialize further. The curriculum balances general psychological foundations, mandatory business-related modules, and practical experience to prepare graduates for diverse career paths in business psychology.
