COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master's program in Digital Transformation Management is structured to equip you with essential knowledge and skills for navigating and leading digital change in organisations. In the first semester, you will explore disruptive innovations, corporate management, and innovation management, alongside process management and leadership skills. You also have the option to study either digital business analytics, focusing on applications and methods, or cyber security principles. The second semester builds on this foundation with courses on disruptive corporations, corporate development, organisation management, and change management. You will further develop your coaching skills and choose between digital business models—covering their development and implementation—or advanced cyber security tools, including hands-on lab work. The third semester offers the opportunity for an internship or a global study semester, fostering international experience and practical application of your learning. In the final semester, you will focus on analysing international business environments before completing your Master’s thesis, which allows you to conduct in-depth research on a relevant topic within digital transformation. This curriculum is designed to blend theoretical understanding with practical skills, preparing you for leadership roles that drive innovation and digital strategy in today’s fast-paced business world.
