COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master’s degree program in Classical Music is a four-semester, 120 ECTS course designed to place the student’s artistic personality at the centre of their studies. Building upon a Bachelor’s degree, the program enables students to advance their instrumental or vocal major to the highest level while cultivating an individual artistic profile. Practical artistic modules focus on expanding repertoire, enhancing creative expression, and exploring new formats and performance practices. In addition, students engage with interdisciplinary topics, including music and health, as well as innovative approaches to music mediation, ensuring a well-rounded and forward-thinking artistic education. Complementary theoretical, academic, and pedagogical courses equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to create, analyze, and interpret music in a reflective and versatile manner. The program emphasizes both personal and professional development, preparing graduates for careers as soloists, ensemble members, educators, or other professional roles within the music industry. The degree culminates in a final project or academically based Master’s thesis, which is freely designable to align with individual artistic interests and career aspirations.
