COURSE CURRICULUM

International Business & Engineering (M.Eng.) – Sustainable Management for the Future is structured over two years and 120 ECTS, providing a comprehensive education that combines management, engineering, and sustainability. In the first year, students begin with a preliminary course in business administration if they come from an engineering background, ensuring a solid foundation in essential business concepts. The curriculum then covers Energy and Sustainability I and II, Top Management, International Frameworks, Modern Technologies and Development, International Collaboration, Middle Management, and electives including language courses, allowing students to develop interdisciplinary knowledge and practical skills. Additionally, students participate in an Engineering Design Project, applying theoretical concepts to real-world challenges. The second year builds on this foundation with advanced modules and projects designed to integrate management, technological, and sustainability competencies, preparing students for leadership roles in global organisations. Throughout the program, emphasis is placed on strategic decision-making, sustainability assessment, and innovation management, alongside practical tools such as SAP, AI applications, and industry-relevant certifications. Students also gain exposure to international business environments and cross-cultural collaboration, enhancing their global perspective and intercultural competence. By the end of the program, graduates are equipped to lead teams, implement sustainable business strategies, and drive innovation at the intersection of engineering, business, and environmental stewardship.
