COURSE CURRICULUM

The General Management MBA offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to prepare you for international management roles. In the first semester, you will study the fundamentals of management and economics, participate in seminars, explore organizational behavior, and deepen your knowledge in international human resource management as well as finance and accounting. Each module carries six ECTS credits, except where noted. The second semester focuses on data-driven decision-making, marketing management, scientific writing, process and quality management, and service management and supply chain management, providing you with practical and analytical skills essential for effective management. Most modules in this semester are worth six ECTS credits, with process and quality management slightly shorter at five. In the third semester, the curriculum emphasizes strategic management and corporate social responsibility alongside business ethics. You will also engage in an applied project or internship to gain hands-on experience and complete your master’s thesis. This curriculum blends theoretical knowledge with practical application, ensuring that you develop the skills needed to succeed in complex, global business environments and take on challenging leadership positions.
