COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master's program in Strategic Design & Leadership offers a multidisciplinary and practice-oriented approach to preparing students for leadership roles in innovation, design, and transformation. In the first semester, students build a foundation in strategic design thinking, project management, qualitative and quantitative research, systems thinking, and brand theory. They also begin developing synthesis and content management skills, supported by mentoring and exposure to best practices through excursions and expert talks. The second semester focuses on design creation and realization, including brand identity, prototyping, change management, and storytelling. Students gain publication experience and deepen their theoretical knowledge in sociology and media ethics, while exploring innovation ecosystems and entrepreneurship. In the third semester, the program centers around purpose-driven innovation, service and experience design, data analytics, and business modeling. Students begin shaping their personal strategic design manifesto and portfolio while strengthening leadership, conflict management, and presentation skills. Throughout the program, students engage in real-world projects, collaborative workshops, and guided mentoring sessions. The fourth semester is dedicated to the Master's thesis, supported by a colloquium and individual coaching. This immersive and research-driven curriculum equips graduates with the creative, strategic, and leadership skills needed to drive innovation and transformation across industries.
