COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master’s program in International Management & Leadership is structured to provide you with comprehensive business, legal, and intercultural competencies essential for leading in a global context. In the first semester, you build foundational skills in international contract law, risk management, and intercultural communication, while also developing practical leadership abilities and gaining insight into conflict negotiation. You’ll also simulate entrepreneurial activities, gaining hands-on experience in transforming ideas into marketable products or services. In the third semester, the focus moves to global strategy, HR and ethical leadership, international trade law, and risk assessment in finance. You’ll be equipped to analyse international legal frameworks, manage diverse teams ethically, and design strategic marketing campaigns with measurable KPIs. By the fourth semester, you apply your acquired knowledge in a professional internship and a Master’s thesis, where you carry out an academic research project aligned with real-world business scenarios. This final phase consolidates your expertise in theory and practice, making you well-prepared for leadership roles in international business.
