COURSE CURRICULUM

Master’s program in Sustainability Management, the curriculum is designed to build your expertise progressively across four semesters. In the first semester, you develop a strong foundation in strategic and marketing management, global economic trends, and research methodology, along with a solid understanding of accounting. The second semester introduces key leadership principles and global financial management, while focusing intensively on sustainability. You will explore the major challenges and perspectives of sustainability management, as well as delve into ESG regulations and sustainable operations management. The third semester offers flexibility: you can choose between a long internship (30 ECTS), a short internship or a study abroad experience (each 24 ECTS). If you choose the latter options, you must also complete the module "Case Study: Sustainability Management" (6 ECTS). These practical elements are designed to help you apply your academic learning in real-world settings or gain international exposure. In the final semester, you will focus on your Master's thesis, beginning with the Master Colloquium (6 ECTS), where you present and refine your research topic. The program concludes with the thesis (24 ECTS), where you demonstrate your ability to independently investigate a sustainability-related business issue, applying both theoretical knowledge and practical insight.
