COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master's program in Global Business and Leadership provides a comprehensive and practice-oriented education designed to prepare students for leadership roles in international business settings. In the first semester, students build foundational knowledge through modules such as Introduction to Business Administration I & II, Marketing Management, Business Research Methods, and Accounting. This combination of theory and analytical training lays the groundwork for deeper exploration in the second semester, where the focus shifts to developing leadership competencies through modules like Introduction to Leadership, Leadership I – Essentials, and Leadership II – Contemporary, alongside Global Finance Management and Operations Management. The third semester offers flexibility and international exposure, allowing students to choose between a long internship (30 ECTS), a short internship (24 ECTS), or a study abroad option (24 ECTS). Those selecting the short internship or study abroad path will complete an additional module in Organisational Behaviour or Entrepreneurship, further enhancing their leadership and strategic thinking skills. In the final semester, students focus on academic and professional synthesis, culminating in a Master's Colloquium and the completion of a Master's Thesis. This structured yet adaptable curriculum ensures graduates emerge with both theoretical expertise and practical experience, ready to lead in global business environments.
