COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor's program in International Business Administration offers a comprehensive and practice-oriented education that prepares students for leadership roles in the global business landscape. In the first two semesters, students build foundational knowledge through courses such as Business Software, Financial Accounting, Management Information Systems, Applied Business Mathematics, Marketing, Operations Management, and two language modules. The third semester deepens analytical and practical competencies with modules like International Law, Entrepreneurship and Business Simulation, Microeconomics, Applied Statistics, and Academic Writing. In the fourth semester, students either begin a specialisation—such as General Management—or study abroad, with subjects including Investment and Financing, Human Resources and Organisation Management, Macroeconomics, International Financial Reporting, and Sustainable Management. The fifth semester combines advanced topics like Digital Business and Future Trends in Business and Economics with an elective in Business Psychology, focusing either on New Work or Market and Advertising Psychology, along with a practical internship. In the final semester, students complete a second internship, a Bachelor Colloquium, and a Bachelor Thesis, demonstrating their ability to apply strategic thinking and problem-solving in real-world contexts. Throughout the program, emphasis is placed on developing soft skills, intercultural competence, and sustainable, solution-oriented strategies.
