COURSE CURRICULUM

The B.A. in Business Psychology offers a well-rounded, interdisciplinary curriculum that blends core business disciplines with applied psychology, equipping students to understand and manage human behavior in organisational settings. In the first semester, foundational modules like Business Software, Financial Accounting, Information Systems, Business Mathematics, and Language I introduce essential business skills. The second semester builds on this with Marketing for the Digital Era, Cost and Performance Accounting, Operations Management, Financial Mathematics, and Language II, providing a solid base for global business environments. The third semester introduces International Law, Entrepreneurship, Microeconomics, Applied Statistics, and Academic Writing, setting the stage for more focused psychological insights. The fourth semester shifts toward understanding human behavior with modules in HR Management, Psychology of Learning and Motivation, Psychology of Emotion and Perception, and Social Psychology. The fifth semester dives deeper into practical applications, covering Personality Psychology, Organisational Psychology, and Psychologically Based Personnel Development, alongside an internship that provides hands-on experience. The final semester includes a second internship, Bachelor Colloquium, and Bachelor Thesis, allowing students to consolidate their learning and specialise in a topic of interest.
