COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor’s program in International Business Administration offers a comprehensive and globally oriented education that prepares students for leadership roles in an ever-changing business environment. The curriculum begins in the first semester with foundational subjects such as Business Software, Introduction to Financial Accounting, Management Information Systems, Applied Business Mathematics, and Language I. In the second semester, students continue building core competencies through courses like Marketing for the Digital Era, Cost and Performance Accounting, Operations Management, Financial Mathematics, and Language II. The third semester introduces deeper economic and analytical knowledge through modules in International Law, Entrepreneurship and Business Simulation, Microeconomics, Applied Statistics, and Academic Writing and Research Methods.From the fourth semester, students can choose to specialise in areas such as General Management, or opt for a semester abroad. The General Management track includes courses in Investment and Financing, HR and Organisation Management, Macroeconomics, International Financial Reporting, and Sustainable Management. In the fifth semester, students explore current business topics through electives in Business Psychology (New Work or Market and Advertising Psychology), and mandatory courses in Digital Business and Future Trends in Business and Economics, alongside a professional internship.The sixth semester offers two paths: students can either study abroad through the International Experience Semester or gain hands-on professional experience in an International Internship, each worth 30 ECTS credits. The final, seventh semester is focused on completing a second internship, followed by the Bachelor Colloquium and the Bachelor Thesis, allowing students to apply their learning to a self-directed research or business project. Throughout the program, students not only gain in-depth business knowledge but also develop soft skills, intercultural competence, and the ability to respond to global economic trends—ensuring they are well-prepared for careers in international business or further academic study.
