COURSE CURRICULUM

The International Business Administration – Healthcare Management program is a seven-semester, 210 ECTS degree designed to deliver a comprehensive business education tailored to the specific demands of the healthcare sector. Throughout the program, students develop a strong foundation in essential business disciplines such as accounting, marketing, economics, and finance, while also building advanced knowledge in innovation management, digital business models, and quality management. Emphasis is placed on practical, project-based learning, enabling students to apply theoretical concepts to real-world healthcare challenges and to strengthen their leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. A key focus of the healthcare management specialisation is the exploration of current and emerging industry topics, including medical tourism, digital distribution channels, and the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare services and management. Students gain a clear understanding of how research and development, pricing strategies, and patent law interact, as well as how different stakeholders within the healthcare system collaborate at national and international levels. Language courses, international projects, and a mandatory internship are integral parts of the curriculum, helping students enhance intercultural competence, teamwork skills, and professional readiness.
