COURSE CURRICULUM

The B.A. in Business Psychology is structured to provide students with a balanced foundation in business and psychology, progressively building from core business competencies to applied psychological expertise. In the first semester, students acquire fundamental knowledge in Business Software, Financial Accounting, Management Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, and a foreign language, laying the groundwork for both technical and communication skills. The second semester deepens this base with modules in Marketing, Cost and Performance Accounting, Operations Management, Finance, and Language II, offering practical tools for navigating the global business environment. By the third semester, students engage with International Law, Entrepreneurship, Microeconomics, Statistics, and Academic Research Methods—essential for critical thinking and evidence-based decision-making. The fourth semester introduces psychology-specific modules, such as Learning and Motivation, Emotion and Perception, and Social Psychology, along with Human Resources and Investment. In the fifth semester, students explore applied psychology with modules on Personality Psychology, Organisational Psychology, and Personnel Development in the digital workplace. The sixth semester offers the choice between an International Experience Semester or an International Internship, promoting global exposure and real-world learning. Finally, the seventh semester includes a professional internship, Bachelor Colloquium, and the completion of the Bachelor Thesis. This well-rounded curriculum prepares students to understand and influence human behavior in business environments.
