COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA in International Management is structured across three semesters, each forming a distinct phase of academic and professional development. Semester 1 includes six core modules—Management Accounting & Finance, Marketing Management, Research Methods Introduction, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, International Management, and Information Management. These modules not only cover fundamental business areas but also emphasize reflective learning, encouraging students to critically examine their prior professional experiences in light of academic theory, thereby enhancing critical thinking, self-awareness, and analytical skills. In Semester 2, students delve deeper into global and strategic business topics through modules like Globalisation, Society & Culture, International Corporate Sustainability, and Strategic Management. Business Statistics prepares students for research elements of the Final Project, while the International Consultancy and Project Module provide hands-on experience via three intensive project weeks where students work in teams on real-life consultancy challenges for regional organizations. Throughout the first two semesters, students build a Personal Development Plan (PDP) portfolio, guided by a tutor, aligning personal growth with professional goals. Semester 3 is fully dedicated to the Final Project, which integrates theory, research, and practical application—often in collaboration with a company or non-profit organization—allowing students to demonstrate their ability to address complex, real-world management issues through comprehensive and interdisciplinary approaches.
