COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation is structured across three semesters, each designed to provide a blend of core management knowledge and specialized entrepreneurial skills. Delivered in a block format, each semester consists of three six-week teaching blocks that combine intensive classroom learning, project work, and assessments. Semester 1 introduces foundational business disciplines with modules in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Management Accounting & Finance, Operations Management, International Management, and Information Management. These courses build core competencies in managing people, markets, finances, and operations within a global context. Semester 2 shifts the focus toward creativity, innovation, and strategic leadership, equipping students with the tools to identify and drive new business opportunities. Specialized modules include Innovation, Creativity & Entrepreneurship, International Corporate Sustainability, Business Statistics, Strategic Management, and Venture Capital & Private Equity. The semester also includes Research Methods and a Project Module featuring three project weeks that are closely linked to the student’s final research project. Semester 3 is entirely devoted to the Final Project, a comprehensive research initiative often in collaboration with a company or organization. This capstone integrates academic theory with practical application, allowing students to showcase their ability to solve real-world business problems through innovative and strategic approaches.
