COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master’s in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Munich Business School is a dynamic three-semester program designed to develop entrepreneurial thinking, innovation management skills, and international business expertise. In the first semester, students focus on core Innovation and Entrepreneurship modules such as Strategy and Business Design, Ideation and Prototyping, and an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Business Project. These courses help students learn how to create innovative ideas, design business models, and develop practical solutions for real-world challenges. Alongside these, students study International Business and Management, International Focus, and optional language courses to strengthen their global perspective and communication abilities. Executive Skills modules, including Communication in International Business and MBS Engagement, help enhance leadership and interpersonal skills. In the second semester, students deepen their knowledge through courses in Innovation and Business Creation and Management, Scaling Startups and Innovation Projects, electives, and continued business projects. They also continue with International Focus, optional languages, and Responsible Leadership in a Global Context. The third semester offers flexibility for specialization and practical experience through a Master’s Thesis and a minimum 15 ECTS selection from options such as a Semester Abroad, Startup Project, or Internship. This well-rounded curriculum prepares graduates to launch startups, manage innovation projects, and lead entrepreneurial initiatives in global business environments.
