COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Finance and Risk Management is structured over two years, blending strategic management with advanced financial expertise. In the first year (M1), students begin with foundational courses in Strategy & Innovation, Project Management, and Business Simulation. Semester 1 also includes the #ATM1 Challenge focused on product design, along with modules on Financial Market Typologies, Cybersecurity & Compliance, and career development support through English language and career exploration courses. Optional French language instruction is available for international students.In Semester 2, the program emphasizes sustainability, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making, with courses in CSR, Big Data, and Design Thinking. The #ATM2 Challenge provides hands-on experience in event design, complemented by specialized modules in Mergers & Acquisitions and professional micro-certification.The second year (M2) deepens technical skills and strategic insight. Semester 1 includes a CreaCtive Learning Expedition and modules on Leadership, Pricing Analysis of Financial Assets, Computational Finance, Advanced Risk Management, and Portfolio Performance. Students also engage in professional certification and research methods training. Semester 2 is dedicated to real-world application through a full-time professional experience and the completion of an MSc thesis. This integrated and experiential approach equips graduates with the critical and analytical skills required for careers in finance, investment, risk, and data-driven decision-making.
