COURSE CURRICULUM

The ICN Master in Management program, with a focus on Organisation Management & Strategy, is structured across two core years—Master 1: "Be Curious" and Master 2: "Be Creactive"—with the option of an experience year in between. In Master 1, students begin their journey in Nancy, Paris, or Berlin and choose a field such as HR, Innovation, and Sustainability to shape their initial focus. Semester 1 introduces key concepts including responsible decision-making, financial risk management, marketing strategies, and information systems, complemented by domain-specific modules and management control. Students also enhance their language proficiency through professional English. Semester 2 expands into digital and ecological transformation, business development, and research methodologies, along with further domain modules. It also introduces sustainable organizational management and risk foresight, emphasizing commitment and innovation. Between the two academic years, students may opt for an experience year, engaging in academic exchanges, internships, or pursuing ICN certificates to enrich their learning. In Master 2, students specialize within Organisation Management & Strategy in areas such as International Business Development, Supply Chain Management & Purchasing, HR Management & Social Innovations, or Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation. Semester 3 addresses global transformations and practical challenges through a live business case and advanced specialization modules. Students explore responsible governance, leadership, and change management, and can select an elective for further customization. Semester 4 is dedicated to professional immersion and academic reflection, featuring a full-time professional experience, participation in seminars, and the completion of a research thesis. This well-rounded program blends academic rigor, international exposure, and practical experience, preparing students to lead strategically, drive innovation, and manage sustainably in complex global environments.
