COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Leadership and Decision Making is designed for future leaders seeking to master strategic thinking, people management, and data-driven decision-making in a digitally transforming world. The program can be studied full-time over two years or part-time over a longer period. For applicants with relevant academic or professional experience, an accelerated study path of one or one and a half years may be available. Interested candidates are encouraged to speak with program consultants to determine eligibility.The modular structure of the program enables students to accumulate between 60, 90, or 120 ECTS credits, depending on their chosen track. Each module carries a fixed number of credits and is assessed through examinations or applied coursework. The standard 120 ECTS track spans 24 months and includes a mobility window in the fifth semester, offering the opportunity to study abroad, undertake an internship, or complete a business project for real-world experience.Students develop a strong foundation in leadership theory and practice, with modules such as HR management and organisation design, cognitive psychology and leadership, emotional agility in international business, and CEO decision making. The curriculum also explores effective collaboration in multicultural and virtual teams—skills critical for today’s global business landscape.Project management and sustainability are integrated into the program through targeted modules that include corporate social responsibility, diversity and ethics, and practical project implementation. Digital transformation is a central theme, with specialised training in innovation management, digital marketing and analytics, cybersecurity, and electives in cutting-edge fields like cloud computing, big data, and digital risk management—offered in collaboration with global tech companies such as Amazon and Alibaba.The academic journey concludes with a strong emphasis on research, including a module in scientific and research methods and the completion of a master thesis, allowing students to apply their learning to a contemporary challenge in leadership and decision-making.
