COURSE CURRICULUM

The Creative Industries and Digital Innovation program is structured across three flexible tracks, designed to accommodate a range of professional and academic backgrounds. Each track varies in duration, depth, and the total number of ECTS credits, allowing students to choose the path that best fits their experience and career goals.The 60 ECTS track is a one-year course ideal for those with relevant experience who are seeking a fast-track qualification. It includes core modules such as Creative Business Innovation and Scaling, Innovation Management and Digital Transformation, Creative Industry Growth Hacking, and Global Gaming Markets. Foundational skills are supported through Project Management and Research Methods and Scientific Work, and the program concludes with a 15 ECTS thesis. Digital competencies are also part of the curriculum but are not credit-bearing in this track.The 90 ECTS track, completed over 1.5 years, builds on the one-year curriculum by offering additional specialisation and research-focused content. In this track, students also study Legal Frameworks in Interactive Entertainment and Cultural Dynamics in Interactive Entertainment, along with a Research Seminar. The thesis component is extended to 25 ECTS, allowing for a deeper exploration of a chosen topic. This track is suitable for those seeking to gain more advanced skills and a stronger research foundation.The 120 ECTS track spans two years and offers the most comprehensive academic experience. It includes all modules from the 90 ECTS track, along with an elective, 5 ECTS of Digital Competencies, and a 20 ECTS Mobility Window. This window offers opportunities for international study or practical industry placements, enhancing real-world experience and global outlook. The track is ideal for students who want a balanced education combining academic depth, practical exposure, and intercultural development, preparing them for leadership roles in the creative and digital industries.
