COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc Business Management with Logistics program offers a well-rounded and practical curriculum designed to develop both broad business knowledge and specialised logistics expertise. The structure of the program is based on four key areas: general business competencies, digital competencies, action and intercultural competencies, and scientific and methods competencies.In the area of general business competencies, students complete modules such as fundamentals of strategic management, digital marketing methods, fundamentals of marketing, financial and cost accounting, HR management, project management, sustainability management, and leadership in a digitalised and globalised world. These subjects provide a solid understanding of core business functions and prepare students to manage operations across different industries.The program also places strong emphasis on digital competencies. Modules such as digital transformation and cases, economics and digital economics, and innovation management in a digital and globalised world are designed to help students understand the impact of digitalisation on business and logistics. These courses equip students with the ability to respond to technological change and to lead digital initiatives within logistics and supply chain contexts.Students further develop practical and interpersonal skills through action and intercultural competencies. This includes modules in foreign language, intercultural skills and ethics, and creative problem solving and strategy development. In the fifth semester, students benefit from a mobility window, offering the chance to study abroad, complete an internship, or take part in career development modules, providing valuable international experience and industry exposure.Scientific and methods competencies support students in building analytical and research skills. This includes mathematical foundations, statistics, and academic writing and research methods. The program concludes with a bachelor thesis, where students explore a logistics-related topic in depth and demonstrate their ability to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical context.
