In the area of general business competencies, students develop a solid foundation in core subjects including fundamentals of strategic management, digital marketing methods, fundamentals of marketing, financial and cost accounting, HR management, project management, sustainability management, and leadership in a digitalised and globalised world. Digital competencies are a major focus of the program, with modules such as digital transformation and cases, economics and digital economics, and innovation management in a digital and globalised world. These courses ensure that students are well-prepared to operate in increasingly digital and data-driven environments. The curriculum also includes action and intercultural competencies, which enhance students’ ability to work effectively in international and cross-cultural teams. Key modules include foreign language, intercultural skills and ethics, and creative problem solving and strategy development. Students also benefit from practical experience through an internship and have the option to study abroad during the mobility window, further enriching their international perspective. Scientific and methodological competencies are developed through courses such as mathematical foundations, statistics, and academic writing and research methods.
