COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum covers a broad range of technical, managerial, and international subjects designed to prepare students for careers in global technology transfer and management. It begins with in-depth modules on Environment and Smart Energy Technologies, Manufacturing Technologies and Smart Factory concepts, Logistics and Mobility Technologies, and Information and Communication Technologies, each delivered in two progressive parts to build both foundational and advanced knowledge. These technical modules are complemented by management-focused courses such as Management in the Globalised Economy, Innovation and Change Management, and International Project and Process Management, which develop strategic, organizational, and leadership skills. Legal and regulatory understanding is strengthened through International Law and Intellectual Property Rights and Licensing, enabling students to manage technology transfer within complex international frameworks. The program also emphasizes practical and transferable skills through Methods and Processes of Technology Transfer, Intercultural Communication, and economy and market research procedures using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Language and communication development is supported by electives in Business English and German as a Foreign Language. Practical exposure is provided through the Study in Practice module, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. The program concludes with a Master Thesis, where students conduct independent research and demonstrate their ability to analyze, manage, and transfer technology in an international context.
