COURSE CURRICULUM

The International Business Administration program offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to develop strong business knowledge and global management skills. The course covers key areas such as international management, international marketing, and global sourcing with a focus on international supply chain management. Students also gain an understanding of international risk and finance management as well as financial accounting based on IFRS standards. The program introduces important concepts in organizational behavior and human resource management, helping students understand how to manage teams and people effectively in diverse workplaces. In addition, students study international project management and intercultural communication to prepare for working in multicultural and global environments. Core business subjects include economics, business administration, marketing and sales, accounting and financing, controlling, and business law. Technical and analytical skills are developed through courses like introduction to SAP, business mathematics, and statistics. The program also encourages entrepreneurial thinking through company foundation studies. Language and communication skills are strengthened through business English, along with an additional business language such as Spanish or Russian. Students also build practical skills in team management, presentation, and moderation. The curriculum includes general studies, opportunities for practical learning or studying abroad, and training in academic research methods and scientific work to support analytical and research capabilities.
