COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master in Real Estate program at EBS is structured in stages to prepare students for research and leadership in the real estate sector. Initially, students develop essential research skills and leadership abilities, then deepen their understanding of key real estate topics while consolidating knowledge to grow as industry leaders. The core curriculum covers four main areas: Impact of Exogenous Trends and Real Estate Economics, including urban economics and property valuation; Real Estate Finance, focusing on finance methods, cash flow modeling, and legal and fiscal aspects; Real Estate Investment and Project & Urban Development, emphasizing investment strategies and applied urban development projects; and Real Estate Management, which addresses asset management, risk and portfolio management, and investment vehicles. Alongside coursework, students participate in field projects such as the Cross-Disciplinary Project on sustainable built environments with the REaL Foundation, sustainable building technologies, and urban transformation initiatives. Professional skills development is also integral, with training in Python, statistics, and data analysis tailored to real estate, as well as key skills for modern financial professionals. This comprehensive approach ensures graduates are well-equipped to lead and innovate in a dynamic real estate industry focused on sustainability and strategic growth.
