COURSE CURRICULUM

BSc Management, Decisions and Data Analytics (MDDA) program is structured around three pillars: Management, Decision Making, and Data Analytics. In the first year, students build foundational knowledge across these areas by completing six mandatory CHOICE modules (45 CP), including courses in international business, finance, psychology, and data science. The second year focuses on deeper, discipline-specific learning with mandatory CORE modules (45 CP) that cover digital transformation, entrepreneurship, social cognition, organizational psychology, decision-making, data analytics, and machine learning. These courses aim to develop critical understanding and practical application of theories and methods relevant to modern, data-driven business environments. In the third year, students choose at least 15 CP from a range of advanced Specialization modules such as Data Analytics, Advanced Econometrics, Financial Data Analytics, and Contemporary Topics in Marketing, allowing them to tailor their studies to specific interests. A compulsory two-month internship (15 CP), typically completed between the second and third year, provides real-world experience and professional development. Alternatively, students may pursue a start-up option to develop their own business plan. This well-rounded program integrates academic theory with practical application, preparing students to manage, analyze, and make decisions in complex business environments shaped by digital transformation and data.
