COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc in Integrated Social and Cognitive Psychology (ISCP) at Constructor University is a three-year program designed to provide students with a comprehensive, multi-level understanding of human behavior. In the first year, students build foundational knowledge through two core psychology modules—Essentials of Cognitive Psychology and Essentials of Social Psychology—while selecting additional courses from other programs to explore their interests or prepare for a minor. These modules introduce key psychological concepts such as perception, memory, emotion, development, and social influence. In the second year, students deepen their knowledge through 45 CP of discipline-specific CORE modules, including Learning and Memory, Neurobiology of Behavior, Cultural Psychology, Organizational Psychology, and Health Psychology. These modules extend theoretical and methodological expertise, exploring topics like how culture shapes perception or how neuroscience informs our understanding of decision-making. The third year focuses on career preparation and specialization. Students undertake a mandatory two-month internship for practical experience and complete a Bachelor’s thesis. They also choose from advanced Specialization modules such as Lifespan Behavioral Neuroscience, The Science of Happiness, and Applying Social Science Research to gain in-depth insight into applied areas of psychology. With opportunities for study abroad, research, and professional development, the program equips students with critical skills for diverse careers or further academic study.
