COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Logistics program is structured across four terms to provide students with a strong balance of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in logistics and supply chain management. In Term 1, students build a solid foundation by studying Operational Research, which develops analytical and problem-solving abilities, Project Management, which focuses on planning, executing, and controlling projects effectively, and Quality Management, which teaches methods to maintain and improve operational standards. In Term 2, the program shifts towards core logistics functions through Logistics and Project Support, Business Organisation, and Supply Chain Management, helping students understand how businesses operate and how goods, services, and information move efficiently across global networks. In Term 3, students expand their business and operational expertise by studying Marketing, which explores customer-focused business strategies, and Production Planning and Control, which focuses on managing manufacturing processes, resources, and operational efficiency. In Term 4, students apply their learning through practical and research-based experiences by choosing a Professional Internship or Capstone Project, along with completing a Dissertation or Final Project. These final components allow students to solve real-world business challenges, gain industry experience, and demonstrate their strategic and analytical abilities. Overall, the program prepares graduates for successful careers in logistics, operations, and supply chain leadership across diverse global industries.
