COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc CyberSecurity program offers a specialised and practical curriculum designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and hands-on skills in protecting digital systems and managing cyber threats. Students begin by studying Systems and Network Security, where they learn how to secure computer systems, networks, and communication infrastructures against cyber attacks and vulnerabilities. The Digital Forensics and Incident Response module provides essential skills for investigating cyber incidents, collecting and analysing digital evidence, and managing security breaches in a professional and timely manner. IoT and Cloud Security focuses on protecting internet-connected devices, cloud-based systems, and data from emerging threats in modern digital environments. Finally, students complete a Capstone Project, which serves as the culmination of the program and allows them to apply the knowledge and practical skills gained throughout their studies to solve a real-world cyber security problem or develop an innovative security solution.
