COURSE CURRICULUM

The Executive MBA program is structured across three terms to provide a comprehensive and practical learning experience for aspiring business leaders. In Term 1, students build a strong foundation by exploring self-awareness and understanding their impact on others, while also gaining essential knowledge in strategy development and implementation, along with accountancy and finance. This term focuses on personal growth and core business skills. In Term 2, the program shifts towards future-focused leadership by covering topics such as leadership, change management, and creativity, helping students adapt to evolving business environments. Students also study operations and information systems to understand efficient business processes, alongside strategic marketing and sales to strengthen their ability to drive business growth and customer engagement. In Term 3, students apply their learning through a practical and career-oriented project, choosing either a business research project or a management consultancy assignment. This final term allows students to solve real-world business challenges, demonstrate their strategic thinking, and develop practical solutions.
