COURSE CURRICULUM

The Global MBA program is structured across four terms to provide students with a strong foundation in business management, leadership, and research skills needed to succeed in international markets. In Term 1, students study Accounting and Managerial Finance, gaining essential knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial decision-making, alongside Marketing and Business Environment, which explores marketing strategies and the external factors influencing businesses globally. In Term 2, the focus shifts to operational and leadership excellence through Systems and Operations Management, where students learn to improve efficiency and manage business processes, and Strategic Management and Leadership, which develops the ability to lead organisations and make high-level strategic decisions. In Term 3, students personalise their learning journey by selecting Pathway Module 1 and Pathway Module 2, allowing them to specialise in areas aligned with their career goals and interests. During this term, students also study Research Methodology, which equips them with the academic and analytical skills needed to conduct effective business research. In Term 4, students complete a Dissertation, applying the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program to an independent research project on a relevant business topic. Overall, the program prepares graduates with global business insight, strategic expertise, and leadership capabilities to excel in senior management and international business roles.
