COURSE CURRICULUM

The Executive MBA program is structured across four terms to provide students with a balanced combination of leadership development, strategic insight, and practical business expertise. In Term 1, students focus on personal and strategic growth by studying Understanding Self and Our Impact on Others, which helps develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and effective leadership skills, alongside Strategy Development and Implementation, where they learn how to create and execute successful business strategies in competitive environments. In Term 2, students strengthen their financial and leadership capabilities through Accountancy and Finance, gaining essential knowledge in financial analysis and decision-making, and Adapting to the Future: Leadership, Change and Creativity, which prepares them to lead innovation and manage organisational transformation effectively. In Term 3, the program shifts towards operational and market-focused subjects with Operations and Information Systems, which explores efficient business processes and the role of technology in organisations, and Strategic Marketing and Sales, which develops skills in market analysis, customer engagement, and business growth strategies. In Term 4, students apply their learning in practical and research-driven settings through a Business Research Project and Management Consultancy module, allowing them to solve real-world business challenges and demonstrate strategic problem-solving abilities.
