COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc program is structured over three years and is designed to develop a deep and practical understanding of business and management within a global context. In the first year, students build a strong foundation in key areas that underpin international business operations. Modules such as International Business Administration and Strategic Management introduce students to the core principles of managing organisations across borders. Finance and Accounting, along with Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, provide essential knowledge of economic systems and financial decision-making. International Marketing explores how global markets operate and how strategies are developed to compete internationally. This comprehensive first year ensures students are well-versed in the fundamental theories and practices of business. In the second year, the focus shifts towards a deeper understanding of specific business functions and processes. Students explore Managerial Accounting and gain insight into internal financial decision-making. The Digital Economy and Transformation module addresses the growing importance of technology in business, while Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour focuses on managing people and organisational culture. Entrepreneurship and Innovation encourages creative thinking and problem-solving, equipping students with the mindset to develop new business ideas. Sales Management and Operations Planning and Project Management offer practical skills essential for delivering results in competitive environments. By the third year, students are ready to apply their knowledge to advanced topics and specialise in areas of interest. Industrial Organisation and Business Law introduces legal and structural aspects of global businesses, while Cross-cultural Management explores managing across different cultural environments. The final year includes a Dissertation, giving students the opportunity to conduct independent research in a chosen field of interest, demonstrating their ability to critically engage with complex business challenges.
