COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc program in Computer Science and Digitisation is structured over three years to progressively build foundational knowledge, advanced technical skills, and research capability. In the first year, students develop a solid understanding of computer science principles and their role in innovative and international business environments. Core modules introduce fundamentals of computer science, mathematics and statistics for computing, database design, and algorithmic problem solving using Python, alongside exposure to international business administration. This year establishes essential analytical, programming, and data-handling skills required in a digital world. The second year focuses on deepening technical expertise and applied research skills in areas such as machine learning, data analysis, modelling, and planning. Students study predictive analytics techniques including classification, regression, and clustering, while also exploring the digital economy and transformation. Technical competence is further strengthened through programming and digital engineering using C++ and CAD, as well as operations planning and project management. In the third year, students engage with advanced and emerging topics in computer science and digitisation, including simulation and advanced simulation techniques. Learning and research are framed within a global context, enabling students to understand international trends and innovations. The program culminates in a dissertation and the opportunity to specialize through one of several innovative pathways, preparing graduates for advanced study or professional careers.
