COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Supply Chain Management and Logistics program is structured around a comprehensive mix of core and elective modules that develop strategic, operational, and digital capabilities for modern supply chain professionals. Core modules begin with Introduction to Supply Chain Management, providing a strong foundation in sourcing, logistics, operations, and end-to-end supply chain integration. Designing Global Network Distribution and Fulfilment Systems focuses on optimising global logistics networks, warehousing, and distribution strategies to meet customer demand efficiently. Designing Sustainable Supply Chain Strategies explores ethical sourcing, environmental responsibility, and long-term value creation within global supply chains. Managing the Digital Supply Chain equips students with the knowledge to apply digital technologies and data-driven solutions to enhance visibility, resilience, and performance. Principles of Procurement develops expertise in supplier selection, contract management, and strategic purchasing. The program culminates in a substantial Business Transformation Project, allowing students to apply theory to real-world supply chain challenges. Students also select one elective module, choosing from Analysing Big Data, Management of Traditional Projects, Developing People, Leadership and Capabilities, or Managing Cloud-Based Business Solutions, enabling specialisation aligned with career goals. Together, these modules prepare graduates to design agile, sustainable, and technology-enabled supply chains across global industries.
