Strategic Employment Relations and Employment Law provides in-depth understanding of employment legislation, employee relations, and regulatory frameworks in both domestic and global contexts. Organisational Development, Culture and Change explores how organisations evolve, examining culture, transformation, and change management strategies that support long-term success. People Development, Well-being and Performance emphasises learning, talent development, employee engagement, and well-being as drivers of sustainable performance. Resourcing and Rewarding Talent focuses on strategic recruitment, workforce planning, and reward systems that attract, motivate, and retain talent. The program culminates in a substantial Research Project, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge and research skills to a real-world HR challenge, demonstrating professional competence and strategic insight for senior HR roles.
