COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to provide students with a strong academic foundation and specialized knowledge in global affairs, diplomacy, and international business. The general education courses form the core of the program and help students develop essential skills in public speaking, psychology, communication, and business. These courses include Behavioral Psychology and Wellbeing, Introduction to Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, Beginning Foreign Language I and II, English Composition, Introduction to International Business, Global Perspectives on International Business, and Public Speaking. Together, they build critical communication and analytical abilities. The knowledge area courses focus on developing expertise in international relations, economics, and negotiation. Students study subjects such as Ethics and Law in International Business, Communication and Negotiation Skills, Statistics, Multinational Enterprise, Monetary Theory and Comparative Banking, Economics of Developing Countries, Principles of Microeconomics, and Principles of Macroeconomics. These courses provide practical and theoretical understanding of global systems and economic policies. In addition, elective courses offer flexibility to explore personal interests and career-focused topics, including Accounting, Sustainable Development, Business Project Planning, International Business Policy, Entrepreneurship and New Ventures, Economic Theory, International Trade and Finance, and Cross-Cultural Communication Projects.
