COURSE CURRICULUM

ISC Paris Business School offers a two-year MSc Hospitality Management & Marketing program designed for graduates with at least three years of higher education who want to build dual expertise in management, project management, and hospitality specialization. The program combines core business education with advanced hospitality and tourism industry knowledge to prepare students for immediate professional integration into international hospitality environments. Students strengthen their understanding of law, digital marketing, budgeting tools, economics, supply chain management, customer relationship management, corporate social responsibility, and personal development while improving professional English skills through TOEIC preparation. The curriculum also focuses on leadership, intercultural management, strategic planning, project development, financial analysis, and performance management to develop strong managerial capabilities. Specialized hospitality courses provide expertise in hospitality operations management, tourism sciences and humanities, gastronomy and culinary arts, tourism marketing strategy, revenue management, sustainable and green hospitality, and e-distribution within the hospitality industry. Students also complete hospitality capstone projects that allow them to apply theoretical and practical knowledge to real-world tourism and service industry challenges.
