COURSE CURRICULUM

ISC Paris Business School offers a two-year MSc Finance and Risk Management program designed for graduates with at least three years of higher education who wish to develop dual expertise in management, project management, and financial specialization. The program combines core business knowledge with advanced finance and risk management training to prepare students for immediate professional integration into corporate finance, banking, consulting, and related sectors. Students strengthen their understanding of law, marketing, budgeting tools, economics, supply chain management, customer relationship management, and corporate social responsibility while also developing personal and managerial skills. The curriculum includes English preparation for TOEIC and focuses on leadership, intercultural management, strategic planning, project management, financial analysis, and performance management. Specialized finance modules provide advanced knowledge in sustainable finance, ESG reporting, governance, budget controlling, cash management, internal audit, IFRS standards, corporate finance, investment strategies, international finance, fintech, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and business risk management. A capstone project allows students to apply their academic and professional skills to practical financial challenges. By combining analytical expertise, strategic management abilities, and operational finance knowledge, the program prepares graduates for leadership roles in financial management, auditing, consulting, investment, and corporate strategy within international business environments.
