COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Smart and Sustainable Supply Chain Management is a two-year program structured to develop advanced knowledge in logistics, purchasing, and sustainable supply chain practices. In the first year, students build a strong foundation through courses in strategy, innovation, project management, organizational dynamics, and digital transformation, including artificial intelligence and data management. They also focus on purchasing functions, negotiation, and supplier relationship management with an emphasis on sustainability and responsible practices. Communication and personal development are enhanced through modules such as prompting, professional exploration, and impactful communication, along with hands-on experiences like a CréaCthon and a minimum two-month professional placement. In the second year, the program deepens expertise in supply chain strategy and real-world applications. Students study international logistics, flow design and control, indirect purchasing, and entrepreneurship, while participating in capstone projects with partner companies. Advanced topics such as data analytics and research methods further strengthen analytical skills. The final semester emphasizes leadership, change management, and innovation in supply chains, including smart supply chains, warehousing, distribution, and sustainable value chains. A research thesis and practical projects complete the learning journey, preparing graduates to manage complex global supply chains efficiently while integrating sustainability and innovation into business operations.
