COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Sales Performance and Customer Relations is a two-year program designed to develop advanced expertise in commercial strategy, sales management, and customer engagement. Students study areas such as B2B marketing, key account management, advanced negotiation, CRM, and sales performance management using KPIs. The final semester emphasizes leadership, legal aspects of business, AI-driven customer relations, and international relationship management. A research paper and a minimum four-month professional experience further strengthen practical skills.
