COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master in Management program is structured across two years, combining academic learning with practical experience and specialisation. In Master 1, students begin by choosing a field such as Finance, Marketing and Business Development, or Organisation Management and Strategy, which shapes their studies. The first semester focuses on core management skills, including decision-making, financial management, marketing, innovation, and information systems, alongside domain-specific modules and professional English. In the second semester, students explore digital and ecological transformation, business development, research methods, and analytical tools, while continuing their chosen domain studies and learning about sustainable management and risk. Between Master 1 and Master 2, students can undertake an experience year through international exchange, work placements, or additional certifications. In Master 2, students deepen their expertise by selecting a specialisation within their chosen field, such as corporate finance, marketing strategy, or international business development. The third semester focuses on advanced topics, including global change, leadership, governance, and specialised modules, supported by practical projects like live business cases. The final semester emphasises professional experience and academic research, including a thesis and seminars. Overall, the program develops strategic, analytical, and leadership skills, preparing graduates for responsible management roles in a global business environment.
