COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor in Management program is structured over three years to progressively build knowledge, skills, and international exposure. In the first year, students develop fundamental management concepts and begin shaping their professional goals. The curriculum includes subjects such as management tools, business law, economics, marketing, languages, and humanities, along with statistics, business ethics, and personal branding. A civic project and a two-month internship provide early practical experience. In the second year, students strengthen their understanding and expand their global perspective. They study topics like geopolitics, project management, B2B marketing, design thinking, global business, supply chain, and personal development, complemented by another internship to enhance professional readiness. The final year offers flexible pathways tailored to individual career goals. Students can choose skill enhancement through work-study, an English track, international exchange with a semester abroad and internship, or a full-year international double degree. Across these pathways, students select from specializations such as international business, digital marketing, finance, communication, or project management. This structure ensures a balanced combination of academic learning, practical experience, and global exposure, preparing graduates for diverse career opportunities or further studies.
