COURSE CURRICULUM

The RNCP Level 7 (PPA) + Master in Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management (BSBI) program is structured over two years to provide students with a strong blend of academic knowledge, practical skills, and industry experience. In Year 1, Term 1, students study Tourism and Hospitality Business Strategy, which focuses on strategic planning and management within the tourism and hospitality sector, alongside Strategic Approach in Marketing Planning for Hospitality, where they learn how to create effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. In Term 2, students explore Consumer Behaviour to understand customer preferences and decision-making processes, as well as Hospitality Operations Management, which develops practical knowledge of managing day-to-day operations in hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses. In Term 3, students study Event Management, gaining skills in planning and organising successful events, Cross Cultural Management, which prepares them to work effectively in diverse international environments, and Business Decision Making for the Hospitality Industry, which strengthens analytical and strategic decision-making abilities. In Year 2, students complete a Dissertation, allowing them to apply research and academic skills to an independent project related to tourism, hospitality, or event management. They also undertake an internship of up to six months, gaining valuable real-world experience. Overall, the program prepares graduates for leadership roles in the global tourism, hospitality, and events industries.
